3. Orders & Shipping
Order confirmation emails are issued upon checkout completion. Shipping estimates are provided by third-party delivery partners, and delays due to transit factors are beyond our direct control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, items once unsealed or used cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival. Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery for damaged shipments.
